Her advice was invaluable! Her listing price estimate was on point! She handled all of the little things that needed to be done, helped with contracts for coordinating closing to pay off liens and taxes and all the little details, and was available whenever I had questions, and I had MANY! Her open house generated a lot of interest and many potential buyers came through to see the place. Her association with the construction company helped me to do the upgrades needed before listing as was as the repairs required after offer and inspection and they had financing available to pay for it after the sale and did great work and very quickly done! She was awesome with negotiations and buyers and worked for me to get the best possible price that I could get! She was always updating me on any status that i needed, up to and including the final payment to me after the sale. I can't say enough great things about her! Thank you for helping me sell my house!
