She is friendly, knowledgeable and patient. She provided a great deal of information that was extremely useful especially the flowchart she shared outlining the process for buying a new house. I asked a lot of questions and not only was she able to answer them but she was very patient with me especially if I did not understand something. She has listened to what I am looking for and not just trying to sell me anything - she truly wants me to buy the home that I love.
